Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

    At Babeemall, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure a secure and seamless shopping experience for our customers.

     How Partial COD Works

    • Customers are required to pay 30% of the order value in advance.
    • The remaining 70% can be paid at the time of delivery.

    This helps us confirm genuine orders and ensure faster processing.

     Advance Payment (30%)

    • A 30% advance payment is collected at checkout.
    • The balance amount will be payable via Cash on Delivery.

    Example:
    If your order value is ₹1,000

    • Pay ₹300 now
    • Pay ₹700 at delivery

     Order Confirmation

    • Orders are automatically confirmed once the advance payment is completed.
    • This allows us to prioritize and dispatch your order faster 🚀

     Important Conditions

    To maintain smooth operations:

    • The 30% advance is non-refundable if:
      • The order is cancelled after dispatch
      • The order is refused at delivery
    • Repeated order rejections may lead to COD option being disabled for future orders.

     Returns & Refunds

    • If a return is approved after delivery:
      • A full refund (including 30% advance) will be processed.
    • Refunds will be issued via:
      • UPI / Bank Transfer

     Refund Timeline

    • Refunds are processed after the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality check (QC).
    • Once approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 working days.
