Return & Exchange Policy
At Babeemall, we ensure premium quality products for your little ones. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns / Exchange:
- Request must be raised within 24Hrs of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags and invoice must be intact
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or washed products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Hygiene-sensitive items (if opened)
Exchange:
- Allowed for size issues or defects only
- Subject to product availability
Refund:
- Refund requests are subject to initial verification based on customer-provided images/video
- Once approved, the product must be returned and delivered to our warehouse
- After final Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated
- Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days after successful QC
