Return & Exchange Policy

    At Babeemall, we ensure premium quality products for your little ones. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

    Eligibility for Returns / Exchange:

    • Request must be raised within 24Hrs of delivery
    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
    • Tags and invoice must be intact

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used or washed products
    • Products damaged due to misuse
    • Hygiene-sensitive items (if opened)

    Exchange:

    • Allowed for size issues or defects only
    • Subject to product availability

    Refund:

    • Refund requests are subject to initial verification based on customer-provided images/video
    • Once approved, the product must be returned and delivered to our warehouse
    • After final Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated
    • Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days after successful QC
